Export "All-in-one-file HTML" says "Could not export H5P"

Describe the bug
See title: a H5P is created, contains videos, quizzes etc. Works fine in preview mode, can be exported to SCORM and HTML as splitted file - but not as more comfortable All-in-one-HTML file. There is no video removed, since I am familiar with this saving bug.

Environment (please complete the following information):

• OS: Win 11
• Lumi Version: 0.10.0.0

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
File > Export > select All-in-one HTML file
seems to be independent from any options (I tried some but nothing worked)

Expected behavior
What the menu entry says - and what is does with the SCORM option
Or: some help -> what is wrong? Is it with file sizes, video formats, maybe hard disk privileges, ...
With some more expressive failure description some self-care was possible.
