Can't verify Poweramp License #1430

When Xprivacy is activated in Xposed installer Google Play Store License verification for Poweramp is blocked somehow. None of the restrictions are checked and the app is switched off with the toggle switch. With everything I know off it still wanr verify even after reinstalling both the Poweramp and unlocker app. The only way to get verification is to uncheck Xprivacy in Xposed and then reinstall. How can just the app being active wirh no resrictions checked still block verification?
