It deleted all my data

I’m new to this world; I really don’t have much idea of what I’m doing. I just tried to open the launcher, and it seems to have deleted all my Minecraft. I really don’t know if there’s anything that can be done. I lost a very important world to me lol.

PLEASE, if it’s possible, I want to recover my data, by any means necessary. I don’t care about the launcher.

Also important warning always back up ur minecraftuwp folder before using this launcher because even though the launcher does it its always good to do it yourself
