If an analysis ends in ERROR the return code of the tool should not be 0

Currently the tool returns with a zero exit code if one of the analyses fails (i.e. results in ERROR). There should be a way to treat an ERROR response as failure (and thus end with a non-zero exit code) even if other analyses succeed.
