OMOP philosophy seems to be have a concept_id, _source_value, and _source_concept_id.

Looking at CONDITION_OCCURRENCE, we have condition_status_source_value, condition_status_concept_id, but no condition_status_source_concept_id. Should we add?

Have you opened an issue somewhere in omop forum ?
I guess we could add this field, and populate the concept table with some local codes. In the end, this is the truth and nobody would blame on it.
