There is a minor mistake in the README file. Under the Installation -> Clone and build this repo you have the following code:

git clone [email protected]:MIT-TESSE/tesse-segmentation-ros.git
cd ..

# install dependencies
wstool init
wstool merge tesse-segmentation-ros/install/tesse_segmentation_ros.rosinstall

Either cd.. should be removed or the path should be updated to src/tesse-segmentation-ros/install/tesse_segmentation_ros.rosinstall
