Does gwas2vcf implementation of multi GWAS storage?

I'm having difficulty with writing out multiple 'samples' (multiple GWAS traits/outcomes), as described here. I can't see how/if it is implemented; can anyone help?

A possible solution? Rest of the programme not tested and almost certainly broken...

I think the idea is to use gwas2vcf to create a VCF for each separate sumstats file, then merge them together using a tool like bcftools merge.
