ISMRM 2021 demonstration

Welcome to the MRtrix3 demonstration! This page relates to the ISMRM 2021 Software Demos for MRI tutorial series, which you can attend if you are registered for the meeting. The relevant sessions are:

the 3 minute pitch session, 15:15 -- 16:00 UTC on Saturday 15 May
the 1 hour MRtrix3 demo itself, 07:00 -- 08:00 UTC on Wednesday 19 May.

To get the most out of the demonstration, you will need to:

download and install MRtrix3, following the instructions on our download page
download the example dataset hosted on OSF
