osm history importer error

could anyone help plz?
I have the road history database that I extracted using osmium. but I need to import the history database of London roads into PostgreSQL to do some analysis.
I am trying to install in my VM Ubuntu the history importer but I got the following errors, Can anyone help me to figure out what I have done wrong. thank you
