double clicking opens the project multiple times

1.3 stable, editor 4.3 and 4.2, macOS

when double clicking the project item in the list (not the edit button), godots opened the project twice or even three times. the popup confirming editor needs to be disabled for it to occur. happened at least 4 times now.

might be possible to debounce the open even to prevent it from being called twice within .2 sec or something like that
