Freeze with loadiine

Hello!
I have a savegame from USA region because the game I was playing with loadiine has USA region. Now I'm trying to play the same game but installed with WUP Installer and with EUR region.
First, I install savemii and then I have to dump the USA savegame, so I have to launch loadiine.
When I try to launch Haxchi (to load homebrew launcher and open loadiine) or simply when I try to only ENTER the internet browser, It get's stuck and I've noticed that the server app shows the same message as if you had opened a game, trying to dump something that looks like the savegame of the haxchi or the web browser

This can be happeing?

The Title ID that it shows is: 00050000-10198D00 when I try to open haxchi
