4G Dongle

I recently came across the possibily of using RasPBX with a GSM Dongle, and was very interested in your detailed information. The issue for me and probably many more is that our 3G network will be shutdown next year and we will only have 4G/5G networks available. So I am suprised that I can't find any replacement for a 4G dongle that works like the 3G (ie HUAWEI E1752)?
I was looking for a 4G dongle that supports chan_dongle, it seems they generally handle SMS but not Voice.
So i was wondering if you have any suggestions or have tried any 4G modules?
