1.20.1 Fabric

I found a bastion remnant using the compass. There is no way to "clear" this search without searching for another, different structure. Once used, the compass always displays something, at least when in the correct dimension.

I traveled to that bastion and wanted to find another. I traveled 800 blocks away. I re-searched for a bastion remnant and it suggested the same one from my initial search. This continued, even when incorrect, apparently.

I went into spectator mode and found that I was actually 200 blocks away from a different bastion remnant. Somewhere around 150 blocks distance to the new bastion, the compass finally changed to displaying the actual nearest bastion remnant when re-searching.

It seems to be displaying the contents of the previous search until I am practically on top of what I'm actually looking for.

I didn't test if searching for something else and then searching again for what I'm actually looking for would change anything. I just kept searching for bastion remnants. I still have a save copy from when this is happening if you can't replicate.
