Hi, it may be caused by a recently uninstall mod, but i'm currently experiencing the issue shown in the logs below:

Just had this same issue causing all structures to not appear in the compass's GUI. Seems to be related to Oh The Biomes You'll Go. And it seems to be related to specific settings in its config.
