Metadata download on supported webservices when reading data #50

When importing the class SdmxWebServiceConnection in api, it returns me this error because read_sdmx is used in the class: I understand the error but I don't know how to fix it or how to do it without importing that class. |
Yes, this is a circular import we need to check. Probably a refactor in some files is needed
