全局自增的序列容易被人看到序列号，可以预估到你的业务量，这样子不太好。
应该有一个按日增长的序列号，每天从0开始，这样子。

id 就是年月日 + 业务类别1 + 业务类别2 + 业务类别3 + 按日自增序列
