Create an educational resource that introduces new users to o1js and mina by introducing new concepts with examples. This can be made interactive by integrating with a project such as MinaPlayground.

I've been in contact with one of the navigator program ambassadors, I know the rust and Cairo playbooks pretty well and would suggest to move in a different direction, more towards the solidity by example or cosmwasn by example repos:
