UX/UI - Menu Structure & Navigation

Requirement: Improve the existing menu by making it clear, structured, and accessible while differentiating between logged-in and non-logged-in users.

Implementation:

• Update the navigation bar UI to reflect different menu states for logged-in and non-logged-in users.
  • Ensure the user session state determines accessible menu items:
  • Landing page/get involved: logged and not logged
  • How it works page: logged and not logged (Actual name is start here)
  • Funding rounds page: only logged
  • Proposals page: only logged
  • About us: logged and not logged

User Stories:

• As a user, I want a structured menu layout so that I can easily understand and navigate the MEF platform.
• As a user, I want menu items to be visually distinct between sections.
• As a non-logged-in user, I want to see only public sections (Landing page: Get involved, How It Works, About Us) so that I am not shown restricted content.
• As a logged-in user, I want to access additional menu items (Funding Rounds, View Proposals, including My Proposals) so that I can fully participate in governance.
