UX/UI - Proposal Consideration - Community member profile: add filter #151

Requirement:
Improve the proposal status visibility during the consideration phase, clearly identifying the three different statuses:

Pending for Review – The proposal has been submitted and is awaiting evaluation.
Approved – The proposal has passed the review process and is moving forward.
Rejected – The proposal did not meet the necessary criteria and has been declined.

Implementation:
Add a filter in the "Proposals" section to filter by:

All Proposals
Pending for Review
Approved
Rejected
Allow sorting proposals by newest/oldest status updates.

User Story:

As a community member, I want to filter the listed proposals by their status (Pending Review, Approved, Rejected) so I can quickly find the ones that interest me.
