Describe the feature
Let people buy rank upgrades form the store as opposed to re-buying the rank. This would encourage people to upgrade ranks and would be in line with most other servers.

How the feature is useful
Encourages more people to buy ranks.

I think this was how it was before they introduced Stacking.
