How the feature is useful
Currently, the server icon management is a bit janky. You get an icon for 1 server, and you can't transfer it. It gets even weirder with prizes because you need to say a certain server that you want it on.

Describe the feature
When you buy a server icon, it should be added it a "bank" that you can add to any of your servers. When added to a server it can either be forced to stay on that server (would work nicely with sub-users in that way), or it could be added back to your icon bank.
