Describe the feature
The #marketplace channel should be split into 3 different channels and be put in it's own Category.
Channels:
free-requests: This channel would be used for free requests only.
paid-requests: This channel would be used for paid requests only.
offering: - This channel would be used for offers from devs/teams only.
How the feature is useful
Right now, it's really stressful to find what you really want, the #marketplace channel is full of maybe "irrelevant" things for someone that is only looking for offers, or maybe paid requests. It should be easy to find what we want. With these channels, if I wanted paid requests, I could just go to #paid-requests and done. This is a much better User Experience.

That will just be adding too many unnecessary channels. #marketplace only gets like 40-60 messages per day anyways. If you want to search for a specific thing, you can just use discord's built-in search feature and search for a keyword.

That seems easier than it actually is. As said, it isn't user friendly at all. Even more since we can't actually filter it with Discord's built-in search system since not everyone uses the same words when paying or not, you can filter by requesting but then you have paid and free... it's just a whole loophole just to get what you want.
If the issue is too many channels, there are so many other channels that are useless and could be replaced with these.

An easier way for this to be implemented would be using Discord's thread feature. Have one #marketplace channel that is locked. And inside of that channel, have 3 different threads for the categories you mentioned. This would implement your suggestion and help with the issue of the amount of channels.
