What is the feature you are requesting?

Many people come to #Plugin-Dev for help with configuring plugins or other plugin help. It happens a lot recently so maybe a name like #plugin-creation or something along the lines of that would be more descriptive and fitting.

How is this feature useful for Minehut?

It’ll hopefully get less channel misuge of people not understanding/reading channel description.
