disconnects causing data loss

A report from Serpe/Leagdar:

server is having trouble with countless disconnections that reset quests and sorta roll few tens of seconds back. I've been doing the quest with a friend for an hour and mine several diamonds and mithril, all to get our quest reset at each random/forced disconnection. Also we could chat normally so it's not simple lag, it's really a matter of disconnection, initialization as if we were 06:00 am (we played till 21:20) and so on. Thank you for your attention."
