I'm trying to run an AEM inversion from Geoscience Analyst/geoapps. The survey is set up using Analyst to create a ui.json file and then run with geoapps v0.11 on a linux cluster.
The inversion runs for while and i think calculates sensitivies but then crashes with KeyError: 'Some of the sources specified are not in this survey. []'
See attached log crash file and inversion log and the ui.json. I can send the geoh5 privately if required.
Update, this is still a problem. I think it's something with my dataset as I can run a subset ok. However it would be better for the code to warn and skip such tx, rx combo than crash.
