Thaumic Bases blocks Thaumcraft Progression

Describe the bug
Some researches from Thaumic Bases will make the player unable to advance in Alchemy (or Thaumcraft in General) and thus the Pack Progression since it will output cheaper result instead of the prefered target result.

To Reproduce

1. Research "Thaumic Bases: Alchemy" to get VIS (malformed) Ingots
2. Try to do Alchemy where High Vis Costs are present
3. For Instance: Purified Bath Salt (required Material for EnderIO), which costs:
   • 40 Cognito, 40 Aer, 40 Ordo, 40 Victus
4. Aer and Ordo will be auto output -even if inserted last- as (respective) ingots

Expected behavior
Vis stays inside the Crucible ready to be transformed into a prefered target,

Suggestions
Either change requirement for Thaumic Bases to need an ingot, or disable the mod.
