环境描述：一台服务器安装了monibuca环境，使用ffmpeg推流，另外一台服务器运行monibuca代码，一开始不推流，模拟视频掉线，启动monibuca程序后再推流，此时发现能够转发视频并且能够拉到视频流，但是无法生成视频片段
配置文件如下：

另外这里还有一个问题，就是一开始不用ffmpeg推流，启动程序后会先生成一个空的视频录制文件
