Error when accessing Admin page without being the admin of any schools

Describe the bug
when trying to set up bell schedules without being assigned to a school first, the user sees an error message of Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'id')

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. open the classclock admin page
2. sign up for an account when prompted with a login screen
3. attempt to add a new schedule
4. See error

Expected behavior
a helpful error message
