Consolidated list of enhancements

The following are known issues/enhancements in the queue in no particular order.

12. Add thumbnail option for movies.
13. TrueType fonts (Difficult).
14. User specified colors for boxes / crosses.
15. Sound recording from v4l2 + ALSA (Difficult)
16. Add OpenCV descriptions of items detected to database/webcontrol recordings list.
17. Use HW decoding by default when available
18. Revise the indexes provided and/or used in the JSON to be consistent.
19. Processing of movies at x times normal speed.
20. Save recording of the sound that triggered the frequency alert.
21. Continuous movie recordings in blocks with chapter markers/metadata at events.

24. Add functionality to use OpenCV background subtraction as the primary method.
25. Revise to use OpenCV object/human detection as the default.

29. Add drop down (or other selection method) to change image feeds on web page.
30. Limit scripts to be only those that already exist and are in the config directory or subdirectory.

34. Add all the options for each params configuration variable to the JSON. e.g. Options for the libcam.
35. Change web page to allow for easy selection of every option for the params configuration item.
36. Consolidate all the stream_preview configuration options into stream_preview_params
37. Specify a default sqlite3 database in the sample configuration.
38. When changing the name on web page, update the drop down boxes
39. Consolidate movie_ options into movie_params
40. Add movie_dictionary_params and movie_privdata_params
41. Revise webcontrol page to handle slow loading log messages.
