기능 설명

Repository layer에서 시간 측정해서 서버 성능에 영향을 미치는 쿼리들을 추출.

Tasks

Repository code에 AOP를 이용해 시간 측정하고 일정 시간 이상 걸리면 에러 추가.
Filebeat 맞춰서 수정 + 슬로우 쿼리용 OpenSearch index 생성
