1.20.1 crash when changing config

It seems that whenever I try to change any kind of configs on my 1.20.1 mod pack. It crashes the game. Now looking at these crash logs is like trying to read an encrypted message to me. So I've been using Perplexity AI to read it for me and help me decern which mod is causing the crash. And it said the Configured mod is causing it. here's the crash report.....
