Unable to change to the phone sound #19

When I choose the phone sound, the airplay loads but doesn't change the sound device. Any idea on what's causing this?

Hmm, may I ask you how long is it taking til sound devices change in your case, any chance it's loading unreasonably slower sometimes?

When watching a movie I can select my apple tv. and everything matches up perfectly. audio & video is running on the apple tv instantly
