Can't apply glowstone

blockcraftery - 1.12.2-1.3.1.jar

Applying glowstone works for about 1 visible tick, then disappears. Consuming the glowstone. Breaking the framed block gives back 1 glowstone, even if I apply a whole stack.

Create any kind of framed block.
Place it.
Attempt to apply glowstone.
Glowstone is consumed and light appears for 1 brief tick then is gone.
