Add Oblique Blocks

Describe your suggestion:
Carpenters blocks had oblique blocks that could be used to make some angles that arent possible otherwise. I think they would make a good addition, maybe even just shift-scroll to change the slant into interior and exterior oblique blocks. I dont know of any blocks/mods in later versions that can produce the same effects as the oblique blocks.

Describe alternatives you've considered:
Unfortunately there isnt really any alternatives that could produce the same effect in buildings.
