Discussion around if actions are workspace specific or can be applied to multiple workspaces

• associations is probably a better long term solution
• requires some simple versioning
• open question if this happens with this chunk of work

Can actions be run outside of the actions page?

• simple usecase that could be good to support: when a action takes a single sequence as an input, ability to run that from within a sequence file and auto-populate the input
