Implications

Users have different permissions based on their membership in KeyCloak groups
Define roles & groups in KeyCloak config
Users are assigned via admin interface
Like currently https://grafana-keycloak.delta-backend.xyz is (semi) working

Acceptance criteria

Selected users can get authorized to access Grafana using VEDA KeyCloak in prod
Opened AU 3.2 for docs
