MCS Child: Funny plots when changing number of bins

Scott tried earlier this year to change the number of bins plotted. As a result, the data array had 1120 bins available and was only filling 560 bins. It caused the data to look funny as it was not updating half of the data. Check to see what happens if the number of bins changes and perhaps re-initialize data array before filling it again.
