Ensure consistency of ontology term assignment

Need to make sure that changing ontology term assignments for data elements retains consistency of these across an experiment. For example, term assignments for container metadata shouldn't mismatch with those of channels and recordings. (On behalf of C. Wall, who had problems with this in the old interface, which doesn't have ontology support.)
