Describe the bug
Someone sitting in the north of Germany did upload about 600 MB of Bruker NMR data in Step 1/3 of the submission process. During that upload, I was unable to access nmrXiv.org from a completely different location. After the upload was complete and the data was getting processed, I could access nmrXiv.org again.

Expected behavior
Regardless of who does something, nmrXiv.org should stay usable by other users.
