The port gets trimmed in the URL

I'm running a local szurubooru instance, I can test the booru and create it just fine but when I try to use or open the webview to get cookies it the webview detects a "captcha" and the URL it points to is http://192.168;0.30 instead of the http://192.168;0.30:9999 it's set up as.

Another thing I've noticed is that I also can't navigate to a specific URL without it forcing the "https://" prefix. If I try to go to a page with http:// it just appends https:// to the start and fails the request.
