Tanya has requested that we make our saved curved settings more permanent, as right now they are clobbered whenever the apps are updated. We can accomplish this by moving them from mongo to couchbase. The apps already talk to couchbase when receiving settings from the scorecards, so we can just expand that to hold the saved curve settings as well.
