Replace HTML table scorecards with something better

The HTML table we used for the client-side portion of the scorecard is extremely slow to render and can get stuck, requiring users to click the teal reset button before results appear. Long-term we should replace the HTML table with something else that works better, now that we've learned from doing the initial scorecard prototype.
