Cloud Foundry is a freely-licensed, open-source (FLOSS) PaaS project that enables a developer-first experience.

We should provide Cloud Foundry as a supported deployment model to allow LearnSpot administrators to reap the following benefits:

Re-use of existing infrastructure (for those with existing Cloud Foundry clusters)
Integration with Open Service Broker API (OSBAPI) (e.g. for database provisioning)
Easier, opinionated developer experience
