Add set Clothing Insulation Calculation Method function to People Class

Add a set function for "Clothing Insulation Calculation Method" to reflect the input field as in E+.

Detailed Description

For PMV calculation, the clothing insulation schedule is required. There is already the setClothingInsulationSchedule fuction for the People Class, but no fuction for Clothing Insulation Calculation Method as in E+.
If there is such function, it is easy to select the DynamicClothingModelASHRAE55 method to set the ClothingInsulationSchedule for PMV calculation.

Possible Implementation

There are already set functions for schedules. Add a similar fuction is fine.
