Support the validation of sub datapoints.

We would like to specify that a sub datapoint is required. Likely this will need to be configured as a field within the interleave_datapoints table. Probably will need to give up on the client_side_validations gem and move to abide or jQuery validate plugin. Driven by database entries and not model declarations.
