In Manhunt the lighting doesn't seem to accumulate properly, leading to a shaky appearance of shadows in motion and in some cases even when things are still. It seems like the shadows are being completely redrawn upon motion so they are constantly fading in for a second. This is especially evident with modded in emissive lights but also happens with other light sources. I haven't seen this type of behavior in other games so I assume it is an issue with Manhunt specifically.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Load up any map in the game and move the camera/player. I have attached my mod.usda above which adds lights to the game, since the light translation doesn't work well out of the box. This should make the issue clear.
Expected behavior
Shadows keep fading in upon moving the camera/player instead of staying "solid".
