SSH into VirtualBox Ubuntu 17.10.1

  1. Right-click VirtualBox VM -> Settings -> Network
  2. Select Attached to: Host-only Adapter
  3. Run ifconfig in virtual machine; look for inet address

Enable Internet Connection in Virtual Machine

  1. Right-click VirtualBox VM -> Settings -> Network
  2. Select Attached to: Bridged Adapter
