Hello,

I am trying to run fragpipe on diaPASEF data with diaTracer but i get following error:
There are multiple scan modes: 0,9. None of them is 8 (PASEF) or 10 (PRM).

Could you please explain how to run it correctly?

Hi Evgeniy,

This is a known bug and has been fixed in the pre-release version. Please send an email to yufeATumich.edu (replace AT with @) if you want to use the fixed version.
