As we know, the chrome's update is UNSTOPPABLE that sometimes you have to download the newest driver from here and replace the one under res folder

Chrome静默升级至 29 以后，必须要更新一下chromedriver才可以启动Chrome了
https://code.google.com/p/chromedriver/downloads/list

也可以回退Chrome至28
