Configure permissions for built-in users or groups

Hi,
Can you please explicit some details about this documentation line. https://github.com/Netcentric/accesscontroltool/blob/develop/docs/AdvancedFeatures.md#configure-permissions-for-built-in-users-or-groups-like-anonymous
I need to deny permission for 'everyone' group under some path, and allow for this path for 'admin' user.
Is it possible? I have spotted 'unmanagedAcePathsRegex' but not sure this is a solution for my case. Is it possible to allow/deny w/o creating 'bridge' group?
